Phiren Amenca, an international network of Roma and non-Roma volunteers and voluntary service organisations, has organised the So keres, Europa?! Roma Youth Forum since 2015. 

The first ever So keres, Europa?! gathered more than 400 young people in Cluj Napoca, Romania, and laid the foundations of cooperation between Roma and non-Roma youth. Later on, the events were held in Varna, Bulgaria, in 2017; in Novi Sad, Serbia, in 2019; in Tirana, Albania, the European Youth Capital in 2022; and in Balatonkenese, Hungary, in 2023.

The Finnish Roma Association has participated the movement by sending Finnish Roma youth to the event since 2022.
